Now, with only one call to Freedom Designs, our Providers can request a quote or place an order for a Matrx Cushion and/or a Matrx Back to be installed on ANY Freedom wheelchair. Freedom technicians will install all seating installation hardware on the wheelchair frame and ship the seating system with the wheelchair in one package. To receive just one shipment of the world’s best seating products, it’s as simple as one call or one email to receive a quote or to place an order.

As part of our commitment to strengthen operations, improve efficiencies, and support long-term growth, we are transitioning our seating and positioning manufacturing to our Reynosa facility. This move will help ensure consistent quality and craftsmanship for every product. Please note that our Sales and Customer Service teams will remain local, and all support and order processing will continue through our current regional locations. During the initial phase, production lead times may be temporarily extended by
5–10 business days, with standard turnaround expected by Q1 2026.
